What a blast! Big changes take time to settle. Sometimes it feels it takes for ever before the belly flattens or biceps growth shows. I however have been on a different kind of road. For almost 2 years ago my spouse and I decided to change our family life for good. Choose to live a slower life where parents are present and children. Well they het to be children.
It wasn’t all clear how we wanted to change out life. But it was clear a change was needed to our then hectic tireing way of living. Even now, 24 months in it is not clear what the next step is. But now I know that there will be a next step.
Move, new job, quitting a day job. New hobbies. Having your loved ones near. Leaving your friends far. Having a home to love, garden to breath in. Some would say that thats a lot of changes and would it be time to settle.
It is a blast to look back and see all this what has changed. No, we’re no way near ready. And no, I have no idea whats coming next.
But for sure, this is the right path.
